Anxiety is real. It affects thousands of individuals. The dictionary describes anxiety as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Treatment for this disorder comes in the form of counseling, and medication, and leads to more testing causing an undue amount of stress in itself. The outcome of anxiety results in so many different illnesses that play havoc in our life and living. Fortunately, there is another treatment within reach, it only takes sitting still long enough to read. Here are a few verses of scripture to get you started and see what is available to the believer.
